Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Beginner Beats website and services offered by RMDE Media LLC. By accessing our site or enrolling in any lesson or program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Beginner Beats provides online drum instruction including private lessons, live group classes, and on-demand video content. Lesson formats, scheduling, and pricing are as described on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase lessons or create an account. Students under 18 may participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

• Lessons must be booked in advance through our scheduling system.
• You are responsible for attending lessons at the scheduled time.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund at our discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to deliver the scheduled service. Individual lesson credits that go unused do not roll over beyond 30 days. Please contact us with any billing concerns.

5. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to engage respectfully during lessons and live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or terminate an account for abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, lesson plans, and content available through Beginner Beats are the property of RMDE Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMDE Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
